With a degree in Psychology and a lifetime dedicated to spiritual exploration, I’ve learned that the most powerful transformations happen when we combine inner wisdom with practical tools. As a mom and home educator in New York, I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the daily demands of caring for others. But I also know how life-changing it is when you reclaim your sense of self.
